Andrew's involvement at Epic started 7 years ago, and before that as a customer - a perspective he has carried through to Epic Kayaks Australia and indeed international roles at Epic as well, including Group CEO.

Now focusing solely as owner of Epic Kayaks Australia, Andrew loves paddling and, indeed, has developed a deep knowledge of all things Epic.

His passion for the water, having fun & sharing the enjoyment of paddling Epic is at the core of what we do at Epic Kayaks Australia.

Over 35 years of paddling experience across multi-disciplines, Peter is a dedicated Epic paddler & Epic Expert. We are super proud to work with him as an Epic Expert, based in Victoria, and have done so for many years.

Peter loves taking new & experienced paddlers for a demo, an afternoon paddle in the Bay or downwind (for the more experienced). He also doesn't mind hopping over to WA or overseas to test his skills, but does so always with a smile. A paddler who loves our sport and it shows. I've never had an unenjoyable paddle when Pete is around.

Peter covers the entire state of Victoria, is extremely knowledgable on Epic products and paddling in general. Thanks for being part of the team Peter.

Russ brings a lifetime of experience in paddling that includes ocean, river and flat water.

Being an old 'sea dog' from South Africa, Russ has completed 18 Dusi canoe marathons, a myriad of surfski races (including some solid surf in Durban) - he knows his stuff, (even if these days he has mellowed somewhat.....)

Whilst Russ is based in Maroochydoore, he is developing the entire Queensland region for Epic. Russ has a fantastic ability to bring through paddlers as you progress, from beginner through to ocean paddler.

His philosophy of ensuring you enjoy the sport means selecting the correct craft. If you are based in Queensland, give Russ a call - he'd be thrilled to 'talk story'.

Troy's paddling journey has spanned near 40 years, and whether it's been out and around many of Sydney's Northern beaches surf breaks or cruising Sydney Harbour, he is in his absolute element on the water.

Off the water Troy is an ultimate 'club' man - one of the easiest blokes to chat to and talk everything paddling (and for that matter dogs, but that's a different obsession best left off this site.

We can honestly say, in the 5 years we have been running Epic Kayaks Australia, you won't meet a more Epic paddler than Troy.

He is one of those guys that will help with a downwind, coach a session, play in the surf and then off the water talk about the next time he can rinse and repeat.

A passionate Expert with a penchant for social media (we can't get him off the bloody thing) but, sincerely, an exponent for someone who just loves everything to do with paddling.

Sydney - South

Montannah came onto the paddling scene at an early age and has since competed in surf, marathon kayaking and ocean ski racing, Australia wide & internationally including Australian honours on multiple occasions.

She froths anything to do with water and will give you the right advice on what ski to try whether for racing, catching a few runners or just for fun with friends.

Based in the Sutherland shire area but seen down the Coast as well often to escape the 'rat race', Montannah is a great addition to the Expert Expert team.

Kerry Wilson has been paddling on the ocean for over 40 years, fishing for big game fish from a kayak and photographing the ocean for his gallery work.

Working with Luke Horder at Sydney Harbour Surf Club since 2019, Kerry regularly coaches 14 hours a week of classes, coaching all levels of paddler from beginner to advanced on both the harbour and ocean.
Kerry takes private lessons and video coaching and has assisted Clint Robinson on multiple occasions with clinics in Sydney.

He is experienced with the full Epic range.
