Shipping Policy and costs - Surfskis and kayaks

Shipping of surfskis and kayaks shall be included at no charge for online orders in the following locations, at the discretion of Epic Paddle Sports Pty Limited (‘Epic’):

• Sydney metro 
• Brisbane metro
• Sunshine Coast
• Melbourne metro
• Gold Coast
• Central Coast
• Newcastle
• Northern NSW

We usually deliver to within 1 hr of the freeway at the above locations for no charge.

With the increasing diesel prices, we are trying to hold on this offer for as long as possible but it may be subject to change.

For all other regions, surfskis and kayaks shall be charged at the following indicative (current) delivery costs - please contact Epic prior to purchasing a ski to ensure the most cost effective option. For a limited time, Epic will contribute $250 per ski to these areas to help support our interstate and regional customers!:

• South Australia - $275-350 inclusive of GST
• North Qld - $300-600 inclusive of GST
• Vic regional - $250-350 inclusive of GST
• NSW regional (including Canberra) - $250 inclusive of GST
• TAS and NT - available upon request.

Please note: this fee may be retrospectively applied, upon communication with the customer prior to dispatch, if not charged at the time of purchase. A full refund is available to the customer prior to dispatch if preferred (less any credit card/ Shopify fees borne by Epic). 

Delivery of surfskis and kayaks shall be included and transported by preferred logistics suppliers, which may affect delivery lead times.

Free delivery - accessories, paddles etc.

(a) free delivery for online orders only

(b) delivery includes Epic’s preferred courier and/ or postage service. Standard delivery is included within offer.

(c) no other discounts or promotion codes are included when free delivery is extended to the customer.

For any online purchases of paddles and/or accessories, Epic Paddle Sports Pty Limited (‘Epic’) shall use best endeavours to deliver on a timely basis to our customers. Shipping costs are calculated and are included in your total cost as at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-4 days for fulfilment and postage delivery services. Epic engages both Australia Post and private courier services for shipping of goods throughout Australia.

Shipping of surfskis and kayaks shall be organised directly between Epic and the customer. Upon purchase, Epic shall contact the customer and ensure suitable arrangements are made for the delivery of their chosen craft to ensure a timely and safe delivery of the surfski / kayak. Customers are asked to review their new surfski / kayak upon delivery to ensure it has been delivered in a suitable condition. Please refer to our warranty policy for further guidance.
